All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands, where my prints are produced by my print partner.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Because all prints are made to order, an order can only be cancelled before production begins. Please contact me as soon as possible.

If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal after receiving the order, in accordance with the return procedure below.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify me that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. After notifying me, you have a further 14 days to return the order.

To notify me, you can email me at contact@linesfromnowhere.com or complete and return the standard withdrawal form.

Please contact me before returning your order so I can provide the correct return instructions and address. Returns must not be sent to my print partner in the Netherlands.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return has been received or your claim has been assessed, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, I will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order.

The refund will be made using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your notice of withdrawal. I may withhold the refund until I have received the returned item or you have provided documentation that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Based on the situation, I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery time, please contact me with your order number.

I will investigate the shipment and do my best to resolve the issue.
