The webshop sells giclée prints based on original artwork by Louise M. Høyer. Product details, available sizes, and measurements are stated on each product page.

Colours may vary slightly between the physical print and your screen. Room images are illustrative and may not show the exact scale.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). VAT is not added. Shipping costs and the total price are shown at checkout before you place your order.

The webshop accepts orders for delivery within Denmark only.

Before placing your order, you can review and correct your order and delivery information.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout and accept these Terms and Conditions. The purchase agreement is concluded when the order confirmation is sent.

The agreement is concluded in English. A copy of these Terms and Conditions and the standard withdrawal form is provided with the order confirmation email.

Prints are made to order and produced and dispatched by my print partner.

Production normally takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside my control.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available.

LinesFromNoWhere is responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or someone designated by you.

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day after you, or someone designated by you other than the carrier, receives the order. If an order is delivered in separate parcels, the period begins after the final parcel is received.

To withdraw, email contact@linesfromnowhere.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not required.

It is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires. Refusing or failing to collect a parcel is not sufficient unless you also inform me that you wish to withdraw.

You may also withdraw before receiving the order by contacting me.

After giving notice of withdrawal, you must return the order within 14 days to:

Returns must not be sent to the production partner. You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Returns sent cash on delivery are not accepted.

I will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.

The refund will be made using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. I may withhold the refund until I receive the returned order or proof that it has been sent.

You may inspect the print as you would in a physical shop. If handling beyond what is necessary reduces its value, the reduction may be deducted from the refund.

Your purchase is covered by the two-year statutory right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Contact me a reasonable time after discovering a problem. A complaint made within two months is always considered timely. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

A valid complaint will be resolved in accordance with Danish consumer law, and reasonable return costs will be covered by LinesFromNoWhere.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical copy but does not transfer the copyright.

The artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission from Louise M. Høyer.

 If no solution is reached and the applicable conditions are met, a complaint may be submitted to:
